Hilariously, there was a lot of traffic to the Birth Pool posts the day Poppy was born. I guess people were anxious to see whether they won. Since people seem to want to know, here is the winner and runners-up we’ve determined…

Overall: Cousin Rachel!

Although she guessed 10/19, not 10/20, her time was just 3 hours off Poppy’s actual birth. AND she guessed girl. AND she guessed the exact weight. Seriously? That’s spooky. I should also mention that this is the cousin I was sharing a due date with. Our babies are cosmic twins, indeed. I s’pose we’ll deliver the prize at Christmas…

Runners up:

Ross & Elke

Both guessed 10/20 and their times were just two minutes apart. I s’pose Elke is the rightful winner since she also got the sex right, too, but we like them both a lot so can we call it a tie? :)

Christine & Rebi

We figured we’d go with someone from each of our offices, and coincidentally, there was a guess for 10/20 from both. Christine also got the sex right and was only 2.5 hours off on the time.
