I have no idea how this baby is 6 months old already.
She’s big and beautiful and bouncy. Her cousins have taken to calling her The Happy Baby. As in, “Can we see The Happy Baby today?”
She’s still smiling at everyone and everything and her favorite game is when one of the three of us wind up real slowly with an “Ellllll…. aaaaaaa…. NOR!” popping into her face and yelling “NOR!” as loud as we can.
She laughs every time.
A couple times in recent weeks, I’ve thought maybe she started teething. She’s been gnawing on everything she can get her hands on and has had some “off” days here and there. Though her “off” days are still a great day in the life of most babies, so I feel bad complaining.
Overall, life is good and this baby is a joy. Who knew we’d get so lucky?

[If anyone noticed, I skipped 5 months. It was a combination of forgetting, then packing the blanket we use as a backdrop, then moving, then realizing we were too close to 6 months to bother anymore. Oh well.]
