I spent a chunk of my childhood moving about. We spent a year in Texas followed by 4.5 in Hawaii while my dad remained in Illinois. I spent summers with my dad, a week at Christmas, talked to him every Sunday night on the phone, and looked forward to a Highlights magazine and accompanying letter in the mail once a month. I’m honored to have been chosen as one of the participants in Marvelous Kiddo‘s latest project with Sakura Bloom: The Sling Diaries. Over the next 6 months, I’ll be publishing periodic photo essays featuring me, the girls, and a couple of Sakura Bloom ring slings.
